As great as employee perks like holidays, nights out and financial incentives are, what many of us really want from a job is a healthy work-life balance. In fact, recruitment website Glassdoor recently reported that employees would rank work-life balance as more important to them than career opportunities and work perks. 

Glassdoor has also revealed which 15 jobs top the rankings for a good work-life balance and lots of these industries are hiring graduates right now. Achieving a healthy work-life balance doesn't necessarily mean having to sacrifice your salary either, so if you want a career that provides both, look no further...
