Situated in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter, we help recent grads to have a genuine and honest conversation with employers from the off. Believing stories are better shared, we visit companies across the UK to discover what they're looking for, while gathering information that will empower grads to find the right role for them.
Our small (but award winning) team is a rather random bunch; we've got graduates from Northampton, Bucharest, Dumfries and beyond, who have studied everything from History to Biology. However, we genuinely operate as one big family, welcoming new members with open arms and helping them to settle in, no matter where they're from.

Travelling the UK, we visit hiring companies to speak to everyone, from directors to graduates, to discover their unique stories and share these with people looking to take their first steps on the career ladder.

We know that, with the right approach, graduates make the best employees. As a team of recent graduates ourselves, we're evidence of this. This is also what makes us unique; we don't just have an expert knowledge of the graduate job market, we also understand the trials and tribulations that many encounter after leaving university.
The future? It's looking pretty bright. Year on year, we continue to grow (this time last year, we were over half the size that we are now) and constantly innovate to improve our product.
