Onwards to our company and culture…

Working at GradTouch

Choosing a graduate career is a big commitment. Through sharing the unique stories of companies across the UK, we make it as simple as possible.

Our Culture

Our Culture

From our home in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter, we help recent grads to have a genuine and honest conversation with employers from the off. We travel the UK and visit hiring companies to speak to everyone, from directors to graduates, to discover their unique stories and share these with people looking to take their first steps on the career ladder.

We believe that a job should be far more than just a title and salary. Work is a major part of your lifestyle, which means that every day should be a positive experience, and we practice what we preach: our culture is centred around an open, welcoming office where everyone is free to shape their work around their lifestyle.

As well as company awards for our original media campaigns, several team members hold individual awards and accolades, including being on the Campaign Magazine "Thirty Under 30" list for 2017. Here's our team winning The Drum Recruitment Business Award for Best Self-Promotion in 2016, thanks to our Adele-parody video "Hello (From the Graduate)" - if you haven't seen it yet, head to YouTube and check it out.

Celebrating your birthday at GradTouch always means cake - but there are plenty of other treats throughout the year. As well as regular company socials in the Northern Quarter, the last few parties to mark our anniversary have seen us head to Zorb Football and Jump Nation, whilst the traditional Christmas party gives us the chance to get dressed up - with its own special GradTouch twist on Secret Santa, too.

Graduates are, and will continue to be, a huge part of the GradTouch ethos. Quarterly reviews and our directors' open door policy - actually, they sit in the office with us, so it's more of a 'no door' policy - mean that you will always have the opportunity to share your ideas and influence the company's direction here.

Graduates have joined us from Leicestershire, London, Bucharest, Dumfries and beyond, with degrees in everything from Film and Television to Software Development. No matter where you're from or what you studied, you can guarantee you'll be one of the family in no time.

Free lunch on Fridays is a highlight of the week for many, as well as an office Spotify playlist to which everybody contributes. Alongside this, the list of perks is endless: flexible working hours, a remote working scheme, uncapped holidays, treats on your birthday, weekly football tournaments... the culture here really is one of a kind, and it's part of what makes us so special.
