As a member of our research team, you will be responsible for key resourcing activity that will directly support all candidate generation and recruitment assignments.
From the very first day, you will have access to a complete on-boarding pack and our intensive induction programme. Part of this process includes training with team members across all departments to ensure that you are appropriately integrated with the Wilkinson Partners team. Furthermore we organise a team lunch for each new recruit during their first week, which gives you the opportunity to give socialise and really start to feel like a part of the Wilkinson Partners family.
We understand that each individual learns in different ways and at different paces. At Wilkinson Partners we actively support each individual through their training by arranging regular review meetings. During your one-on-one reviews, you will be given the opportunity to raise any concerns or highlight areas in which you feel you may benefit from further training. This support will continue throughout your entire period of employment.
