What you will be doing

As a member of our research team, you will be responsible for key resourcing activity that will directly support all candidate generation and recruitment assignments.

From the very first day, you will have access to a complete on-boarding pack and our intensive induction programme. Part of this process includes training with team members across all departments to ensure that you are appropriately integrated with the WP team. Furthermore we organise a team lunch for each new recruit during their first week, which gives you the opportunity to give socialise and really start to feel like a part of the WP family.

We understand that each individual learns in different ways and at different paces. At WP we actively support each individual through their training by arranging regular review meetings. During your one-on-one reviews, you will be given the opportunity to raise any concerns or highlight areas in which you feel you may benefit from further training. This support will continue throughout your entire period of employment.

The role is defined by two key duties - Research and Search Execution - which will manifest themselves in a number of ways:

  • You will identify and approach candidates in order to produce shortlists for clients
  • You will conduct screening interviews with potential candidates
  • You will manage the market and company intelligence, ensuring that company intel is up to date
  • You will attend client briefing meetings and have the opportunity to expand your professional network
  • You will write candidate profiles, compile mapping documents and support consultants with other administration and due diligence.
