Where You Will Be

Onwards to our company and culture…

We are Wilkinson Partners

We are a boutique firm specialising in Executive Search for professionals across the globe.

Our Culture

Our Culture - What we do

Wilkinson Partners is an Executive Search Firm specialising in the placement of Board-level, Tax, Legal and Governance professionals. From operations in London and New York, we are a small, growing boutique firm with a commitment to being the best in our field. We have high expectations of our people and in return can offer an entrepreneurial and collegiate environment.

Whether we are working with a new or existing client, we build and open and transparent relationships and draw on our many years of experience to ensure we deliver every time. We understand that each client and candidate is different, and ensure we tailor our approach to every need, which is why long-standing clients return to us time and time again.

At Wilkinson Partners, we strongly believe in a meritocratic environment and recognising the hard work that staff have put in. Every Friday at 4pm we have a weekly wrap-up meeting, which gives everyone in the business the chance to shout about their achievements and good news, ending the week on a high note (along with the odd Wii Tennis competition).

We believe in using a transparent and flat hierarchical structure. Members at all levels are extremely approachable, and career plans are laid out and open for discussion; we want to see everyone reach their full potential and benefit from our market-leading commission structure.

Each quarter there are three awards up for grabs – the first two are based on sales performances, but the Clubman is an award available for anyone in the company and is voted for by every member of the business. We also like to mark the first placement that everyone makes at Wilkinson Partners with a bottle of champagne (or other suitable gift)!

Incentives & Benefits

There is a very generous incentives and benefits package here at Wilkinson Partners.

We personally make sure that we give you everything in terms of building your skill-set to accelerate your career growth.

Our Future - Where we're going

Why Graduates Are Key to Our Future

Tom Wilkinson, Managing Partner and Founder

As we have grown, we have shaped our core principles by listening to every member of the team: these principles of innovation, building lasting relationships and delivery are at the heart of everything we do. We are a global firm with local knowledge and are passionate about accomplishing the best results for our clients and candidates alike.

To elaborate on this further, innovation forms the foundation of our recent leadership initiative which has led to the publication of two books in the last 12 months, working collaboratively with some of the world's most recognised businesses. This achievement has in turn been recognised by leading media and newspapers, who have written numerous stories and articles about our work.

There's no doubt that Wilkinson Partners' best months, quarters and years are ahead of us. We have a robust business plan across the next five years, which means the hiring and placement of graduates this year will be some of the most important business placements we will make.
