This student created a CV... for dating

This university student has just taken dating, and CV-writing, to the next level.

Joe Adams, who is studying for a B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the Michigan State University, USA, has put together a "Dating Résumé". We're not 100% sure if he's been on a lot of dates as a result, but he's certainly achieved considerable Twitter fame.

Joe shared the CV on Facebook in response to a post by another student, who was looking for a date for her friend.

He commented, "I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT" and attached the CV, which he had created previously.

Like every good CV, Joe includes his contact details and LinkedIn profile clearly at the top. He then states his Education, Experience, and even has a dedicated Skills section. But that's where things get significantly less conventional - Joe lists his skills as: "Roller Blading", "Crying during Marley & Me", "Replying to long texts" and "Acting like a dad in public".

He also claims to have never lost a Snapchat streak and states his objective is to "find a honey with a bitchin' family who enjoys sushi, adventures, & good movies."

Since sharing the CV on Facebook, Joe has attracted a lot of attention on social media.

Another Michigan State University student shared the initial exchange on Twitter, including the original Facebook post by the student looking for dates for her friend.

We spoke to Joe about the reaction his CV has been getting online and he told us "going viral has been overwhelming".

He added, "My phone has been ringing nonstop... from both people wanting to interview me and from 14-year-old girls insisting that I'm their soul mate. Being the resume guy on campus has been fun, though. I haven't been approached by any strangers, so it's probably a good thing that my picture with the llama wasn't any bigger. But right now I'm just having fun with it."
