The Times & Sunday Times Good University Guide for 2020 has been released.

The annual guide details all the information you need to know about every university, from their performance in the league tables to where is best to go on a night out.

The social inclusion ranking provides an indication of how inclusive each university is based on 8 different factors: % of students from state schools, % from ethnic backgrounds, % from deprived areas, the university's black attainment gap (which refers to the percentage of black students who are less likely to receive a 1st or 2:1 than their white peers), % of first generation students, % of disabled students and % of mature students.

The results from each of these factors are combined to create a total score for each university, and these scores are used to devise a social inclusion ranking. English and Welsh universities are ranked together and Scottish universities are ranked separately.

Here are the top 10 English, Welsh and Scottish universities for social inclusion. To find the full list, you'll have to subscribe to The Times (sorry).
