LinkedIn has revealed the most attractive companies to work for in 2019

Amazon is the most sought-after company to work for in the UK right now, according to new LinkedIn data.

For the fourth year running, LinkedIn has taken a dive into its data to determine which twenty companies are the most attractive to job hunters in the UK.

By analysing their 500+ million users' interest in a company, their engagement with company employees, job demand and employee retention, the professional networking service was able to award Amazon the top spot for 2019, climbing seven places from last year.

Joining Amazon in the list of the most attractive companies to work for in the UK at the moment are financial services firm JP Morgan and retail giant Sainsbury's, following in second and third place respectively.

Several banking, energy and healthcare companies also made the cut, including Barclays, Bupa and Shell.
