After a long year in lockdown, summer 2021 is finally looking up.

So, to celebrate we've collected a number of graduate jobs to help you get back out there feeling refreshed and ready to take on some new career goals.

To help you get started on your summer job hunt, we've browsed through hundreds of graduate and entry-level roles and picked out a few of the most exciting jobs on offer this April. You'll see roles at SRS, BLM Law, Frasers Group and more. 

 

1. Events and Marketing Industrial Placement, SRS

As part of SRS' Industrial Placement, you'll work closely with the SRS team to deliver a flawless end-to-end experience for a number of their students, universities and employers. This will involve organising, running and delivering SRS assessment centre simulation events, both online and in-person, and helping to answer student enquiries or liaison with clients. The role will allow you to work alongside the Operations Manager and gain first-hand experience in events planning and development, leading to a stimulating and exciting career in recruitment solutions.

2. Trainee Commercial Manager, Frasers Group

Frasers Group, best known for their trading under the Sports Direct brand, are currently looking for an aspiring commercial manager to join their team. Their training programme will allow you gain experience in working as part of a commercial team, spotting future growth potentials, and building relationships with brands. You'll also be able to specialise in an specific area of the business such as luxury, tailoring, jewellery, denim, or beauty. While experience in fashion or beauty is beneficial, it's not a prerequisite for applying as long as you're able to demonstrate your passion for the industry at the initial application stage.

3. Technology Consulting Graduate Programme, PwC

Located in Belfast, Northern Ireland, PwC's Technology Consulting Graduate Programme offers a two-year training course which will help you develop core technology skills that you can apply across all areas of PwC's business. You'll be able to work on real projects in areas such as finance, customer experience, enterprise and strategy, and operational transformation, while also gaining fully-accredited certifications in your area of specialism. To apply, you'll need to have or be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in any subject, as well as an interest in technology and how it impacts our lives.

4. Paid Search Account Executive, NMPi

NMPi are an award winning digital marketing agency with over ten years of experience in the industry. They are currently looking for someone to join their team and become a specialist in paid search and pay-per-click advertising. Your key responsibilities will include running paid search/pay-per-click advertising campaigns for a range of NMPi clients, reporting on the campaigns' performance, and tailoring the campaigns as needed. This role would be ideal for graduates looking to break into the digital marketing industry and gain hands-on experience in building campaigns and working within a highly-creative team.

5. Training Programme, Teach First

If you're considering a career in teaching this year, then Teach First's highly-accredited teaching programme is open for applications. The programme offers a "fast-track" route into teaching and a salaried position from your first day on the job. You'll have the opportunity to work hands-on in a classroom throughout your entire two-year duration on the programme. At the end of your training, you'll receive a Qualified Teacher Status which will allow you to work in the majority of schools throughout the UK, as well as a post-training starting salary of around £30k.

6. Training Contract, BLM Law

BLM's two-year trainee solicitor programme is designed to help you gain meaningful experience and start you out on a successful career in investment law. The programme is broken up into four six-month rotations, which will give you in-depth exposure to a variety of teams across the business. From day one, you'll have the opportunity to work with BLM partners and associates on a variety of cases and immerse yourself in their stimulating work culture.

The programme welcomes applicants from candidates in their penultimate year of a law degree or in their final year of a non-law degree. You should also have a high academic ability and the ambition to progress in the law field to apply.

7. Graduate Consulting Analyst, Concentra

Concentra Analytics is a fast-growth SaaS company with award-winning software platforms, who are looking for talented graduates to join their team. Concentra have two brands that you can apply for, Orgvue and Truecue, which offer similar routes to progress within the business. The Orgvue brand offers graduates positions London, UK and Philadelphia, USA while the Truecue brand is solely based in London.

Once you decide which position suits you best by reading through their introduction brochure, you'll be asked to take an introductory online assessment to assess your skill-level, followed by a video interview at the next stage, and then finally, you'll be invited to attend a in-person/digital assessment centre. Successful candidates will receive their offer in June/July and start working as a Graduate Consultant Analyst in September 2021.
