These are the top UK universities for student satisfaction in 2020

The Complete University Guide has revealed the top universities in the country for student satisfaction. 

The ranking is based on final year undergraduates' responses to The National Student Survey. The survey asks students to rate a range of aspects of teaching at their university and an average satisfaction score out of 5 is derived from the answers. 

Despite falling quite low in the overall rankings, some universities excel when it comes to student satisfaction. Aberystwyth and Plymouth Marjon universities for example, rank 71st and 127th overall but rise to 2nd and 4th, respectively, for student satisfaction. 

The same goes for high performing universities in the overall rankings; Cambridge takes the top spot overall but drops to 34th in student satisfaction.
