In light of this, we’ve picked out several opportunities that are designed with new graduates in mind, featuring training and hands-on learning to ensure your skillset is brought up to speed in no time.

From day one you'll receive dedicated training and support as you find your feet in the role. Training with a smaller firm means you won't spend months on one section of the same audit. Their level of support also means they're open to candidates with no previous experience, as long as you have a 2.1 degree in any discipline.
5. BAE Systems - HR Officer

You'll need at least a 2:2 degree in any subject to apply for this role, but BAE Systems will provide you with the tools and training required to become a successful HR Officer so no previous work experience is needed.
