What is shopper media?
This sector of the Marketing industry focuses exclusively on creating strong relationships between the retailer, the supplier brand and the customer. To achieve this, the team at SMG research and build innovative, creative advertisements that are designed to reach shoppers with the right message just as they’re ready to buy, creating tangible commercial value for the retailer and shaping the public image of a client’s brand.
What does a Client Associate do?
The Client Associate is the crucial link between a client and their campaign: on a day-to-day basis you will be liaising closely with big brands, from Nokia to Nike and Weetabix to Lucozade, to ensure that their objectives are being met by the campaign that you are creating. As well as using your flair for marketing to get stuck into the design of new projects, you will also closely monitor the progress of your existing portfolio to ensure that each campaign is a success, whether that’s by increasing a profit margin or by reaching a brand new demographic.
