Wilkinson Partners is an Executive Search Firm specialising in the placement of Board-level, Tax, Legal and Governance professionals. From operations in London and New York, we are a small, growing boutique firm with a commitment to being the best in our field. We have high expectations of our people and in return can offer an entrepreneurial and collegiate environment.
Whether we are working with a new or existing client, we build and open and transparent relationships and draw on our many years of experience to ensure we deliver every time. We understand that each client and candidate is different, and ensure we tailor our approach to every need, which is why long-standing clients return to us time and time again.

At Wilkinson Partners, we strongly believe in a meritocratic environment and recognising the hard work that staff have put in. Every Friday at 4pm we have a weekly wrap-up meeting, which gives everyone in the business the chance to shout about their achievements and good news, ending the week on a high note (along with the odd Wii Tennis competition).

Each quarter there are three awards up for grabs – the first two are based on sales performances, but the Clubman is an award available for anyone in the company and is voted for by every member of the business. We also like to mark the first placement that everyone makes at Wilkinson Partners with a bottle of champagne (or other suitable gift)!
