Our Culture - What we do
We are a young, ambitious and continually expanding consultancy, on a mission to become the Recruitment Consultancy of choice within the Midlands Region. We aim to deliver an unrivalled world class experience to candidates and clients in our chosen specialisms: Architecture, Building Services and Facilities Management; Public Sector; Construction, Office Support and Property Consultancy.
Our drive to be the 'go to' company in the city has seen us go from strength to strength in recent years. It has allowed us to invest heavily in our infrastructure, training programme and website, and we have even moved into a newly refurbished city-centre office, offering fantastic views overlooking the city centre.
We take pride in the fun and vibrant environment that we have created here at Niyaa People. We are a random bunch of individuals - our team is made up of everyone from a former firefighter to a make-up artist - but we all come together to do great things and people genuinely love coming into work every day.
Our great team spirit means there's always lots going on socially and professionally. Whether it's going for a drink after work on a Friday, helping our clients with charitable events or our Christmas parties (yes, we have two of these) we are always looking for an excuse to get together and have a good time.
We also offer incredible incentives and rewards to say thank you for a job well done, from cash prizes to trips to Las Vegas. Our Christmas parties are legendary and our Annual Conference, where we take the whole company away for a few days of business and pleasure, is always great fun too.
It's a very systematic, 12-week training programme. It's full on but you will learn everything that you need to know about Recruitment.
We've had targets for trips to Centre Parcs, London, Barcelona and, most recently, a trip to Las Vegas.

In the last four years, our success has soared. We have placed over 1,500 people across our key sectors and we have achieved a 95% satisfaction rate.
In the next few years, we plan to grow even further and continue to dominate the sectors we work within. For this, we want to bring on board, and develop, motivated and ambitious people who want to help build our success, and have bucket loads of fun along the way.
