Become an Primary NQT Teacher
Vision Teaching have partnered with a wonderful Croydon Primary school for their search for a newly qualified KS2 teacher for September 2019.

What you will be doing
Together, we are offering you the opportunity to complete your first year as an NQT on the school’s excellent programme, whilst supporting you with training and development as you take your first steps in your teaching career.
The school understands that your first role an NQT is an important one and wants to work with you to determine which year groups in KS2 you’re interested in.
You will provide the best learning experiences for your children in class
You will set high expectations so that all students are inspired, motivated and challenged to reach their full potential and in doing so meet their progress and attainment targets
You will be a role model leading best practice and create a stimulating environment for pupils to learn
You will provide an exciting classroom environment, where resources can be accessed appropriately by all pupils to move learning practices forward
You will plan and teach well-structured, differentiated lessons that are aligned to the agreed curriculum and cultivate every student’s intellectual curiosity
What you will have
• An NQT or currently training as a teacher, on a PGCE or BEd course
• A commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• A passion and have a strong commitment to children’s learning
• A resilience, motivation and commitment to achieving excellence in the classroom
