Be a Digital Media Executive
Learn how to manage Digital and Traditional media campaigns and shape your own career according to your strengths.
What you will be doing
We choose to introduce our graduates to the business through the most accessible department: the client service teams. This allows you to get a good understanding of the industry by experiencing a little of everything, learning the basic processes involved and finding out exactly what you enjoy the most.
Your first three months will be heavily focused on the digital side of the business: by the end of this intensive training period, which will cover all the basics of media planning & buying across all channels, you will be able to plan, build and report on Google & Facebook advertising campaigns. You will also be expected to have passed your Google Fundamentals exam within this time to pass your probation period.
Following this, you will be matched with an individual account team and given the tools and training you need to specialise - this allocation is based around your interests and strengths, meaning that you really are shaping your own career progression from day one.
You will develop Google & Facebook campaign proposals for key stakeholders
You will learn to conduct in-depth analysis and report on client campaigns
You will process media bookings for new campaigns
You will have the opportunity to develop your own specialism as you progress throughout the company.
