What you will be doing

We are currently hiring for a Sales Development Representative on behalf of one of our clients. Please note that if your profile matches our client's requirements you will first receive a call from a member of the Tempo team.

The Role

• You’ll be joining their growing sales team in the UK and you'll be in charge of researching, identifying and connecting with future customers to help them understand the benefits of their SAAS based online platform.

• They are a fast-growing company so if successful in your role, there will be plenty of opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility.

What will you be doing?

  • You will be proactively seeking new business opportunities and generating qualified leads, as well as building your contact database through research & profiling.
    You will identify new and creative ways to prospect (personalised videos, emails, Linkedin messages, etc) to generate new sales opportunities.
    You will set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives to move the pipeline forward across the sales funnel.

What you will have

  • You have ideally a minimum of 6 months of success in an outbound prospecting role (ideally Tech).
    You have a university degree in a relevant field (preferably).
    You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    You are results-oriented, capable of bringing prospects to the next step in the sales process.
    You are a team player, has a can-do attitude and a bias towards action.
    You have enthusiasm and ambition, coupled with a desire to learn the sales process from start to finish.
