What you will be doing

Hiring should be the most exciting thing a company does but it has become a process that both companies and individuals dread.

Join our marketing team and help us achieve our mission to make recruitment exciting again. 

  • You will plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
  • You will create and manage an email marketing calendar, testing ideas and reporting on performance
  • You will manage the production of content for online comms, including video, photoshoots and written
  • You will brief agencies and designers on various projects
  • You will research relevant topics and write blog posts
  • You will support with events and wider campaigns
    You will support with social media, including scheduling, researching ideas, and contributing content to the calendar

Tempo has created an end-to end hiring platform that encompasses sourcing, screening and interviewing. Using video and machine learnings to streamline the process, we have slashed the average time-to-hire to just 3 days whilst reducing costs by 65%.

We are a young, diverse team with a breadth of experience.

Having worked at a variety of cool companies such as BBC, Sky, KPMG, Bain and Perkbox, each member of the team brings something different to the table. Not only do we work hard, but we like to have a laugh too, in particular at our monthly socials and weekly football matches.
