What you will be doing
You will be the first point of contact for all new candidate sign ups either over the phone or by email/chat message
You will screen all new sign ups ensuring their profiles are up to date to ensure they have the best possible chance of getting matched to jobs and receiving offers.
You will build our amazing candidate base through external sources.
You will maintain ongoing lists of active candidates for the account managers and ensure candidates are being matched to the right jobs.
You will provide continuous care for our awesome candidate community.You will contact candidates for interview requests, job offers and job alerts when necessary.You will liaise with our product team on platform features, bugs and customer feedback.You will run assessment days on behalf of our awesome clients if required.
What you will have
We need more Customer Support Executives to join our team as we consolidate and accelerate our expansion into 2019. Although we’ve got great traction and a maturing candidate and client base we’re still a small and dynamic team and most definitely still in startup mode, so we’re looking for people who are:
You are super smart, driven and a little bit different from the norm.
You are candidate centric and target driven.
You are responsible and diligent - willing to go out of your comfort zone to deliver greatness.
You are from a recruitment/resourcing background - ideally an agency.
You have a proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets in a similar role.You are happy to speak to candidates over the phone, text, email and ‘livechat’.You are super organised – on an average day you could speak with up to 100 candidates (or more)!You are PROACTIVE! Targets are incentivised so if you’re excited about going above and beyond to earn extra cash this is definitely the job for you.You have experience in an outbound calling/sales role is required.
For the right candidate we will also consider a team lead position. You will:
• Be responsible for mentoring a team of 3 Resourcers (and growing) - where you will train and develop them, increase productivity as well as setting and achieving targets.
• Be required to source and manage candidates with the added responsibility of oversight of the team.
