What you will be doing
As a Customer Support Executive you'll be responsible for ensuring clients and candidates get the best experience and service possible.
You will act as an account manager for inbound employers, ensuring they understand how to use the platform and can connect with relevant candidates as quickly as possible
You will deal with candidate queries, whether it be how to complete their profile, tips on recording video or how to get to an interview or new job
You will manage the end to end recruitment process for both the client and candidate
You will help map out the candidate and client life-cycle and suggest process improvements and efficiencies
You will assist with compliance: taking copies of relevant documents once they have accepted a role through the platform
You will assist with any ad hoc projects with growth, ops, tech and marketing - such as social media blogs and videos

Tempo has created an end-to end hiring platform that encompasses sourcing, screening and interviewing. Using video and machine learnings to streamline the process, we have slashed the average time-to-hire to just 3 days whilst reducing costs by 65%.
