What you will be doing

As a Customer Support Executive you'll be responsible for ensuring clients and candidates get the best experience and service possible.

  • You will act as an account manager for inbound employers, ensuring they understand how to use the platform and can connect with relevant candidates as quickly as possible
  • You will deal with candidate queries, whether it be how to complete their profile, tips on recording video or how to get to an interview or new job
  • You will manage the end to end recruitment process for both the client and candidate
  • You will help map out the candidate and client life-cycle and suggest process improvements and efficiencies
  • You will assist with compliance: taking copies of relevant documents once they have accepted a role through the platform
  • You will assist with any ad hoc projects with growth, ops, tech and marketing - such as social media blogs and videos

Tempo has created an end-to end hiring platform that encompasses sourcing, screening and interviewing. Using video and machine learnings to streamline the process, we have slashed the average time-to-hire to just 3 days whilst reducing costs by 65%.
