What you will be doing

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Exec on behalf of one of our clients. Please note that if your profile matches our client’s requirements you will first receive a call from a member of the Tempo team to discuss the position and your experience in more detail.

The Role

This is your chance to be part of an exciting Fintech start-up, you’ll be joining their growing team in Manchester. They are looking to grow their Customer Success and you would be one of the first on the ground.

No specific experience required but if you are passionate about start-ups, specifically Fintech, please register your interest.

You will manage a portfolio of existing and new clients. You will work closely with users, training them, identifying new opportunities, and sharing best practices. You will develop support materials to train and guide them. You will create and host forums and webinars that bring together communities and develops advocates of our solution across markets. If the client encounters any issues or has any questions you will be their contact point through to resolution. You will be the first point of escalation for any user queries or issues across the network, designing, developing, and managing processes to effectively manage this.

A key aspect of the role will be to analyse the client’s processes in your portfolio and design new solutions using our technology. You will need to be able to understand complex processes in the client organisation and assess key performance indicators. You will need to be able to communicate clearly with users and decision-makers both verbally and in written reports and proposals and translate their problems into technical solutions.
