We are Tempest Resourcing

Based in Central London, we support our clients' need for top talent within the Education, Qualified Social Work and Revenues & Benefits divisions by training our staff to be the very best that they can be.

Our Culture - What we do

Our reputation for sourcing and placing the best talent in the Education, Qualified Social Work and Revenues & Benefits divisions has continued to increase year on year, and we are now market leaders in our respective industries.

An Investors in People accredited company, our employees have always been at the heart of everything we do. We recognise and reward hard work and high achievement, with a number of incentives that we run across each year to reflect this.

Our commission structure goes above and beyond the industry standard, as we want to give a clear platform for our staff to succeed and to build a career in a thriving business.

We came into the market in 2011 with the intention to be the market leader, and our growth plans for the future have been designed to achieve that aim. This can be shown in how we were nominated "Best New Agency" in the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2014.

We are very proud of our growth in the last 7 years, as it highlights our representation in our chosen markets. It has also created several management and director roles for some of our original trainees, and offers amazing progression potential for new starters.

Our structured 8 week training programme combines theory with practical experience to build confidence and dexterity when dealing with clients and candidates.

Meaning that regardless of their previous experience, members of our team can feel fully supported as they develop their skills in recruitment and business development at Tempest.

One thing we are very proud of is our record with trainees: many of our top performers have started with us from trainee level and progressed throughout the company, which demonstrates our passion for developing new starters.

To reward the high levels of achievement we see in our team, incentives range from a bottle of champagne to celebrate your first deal to annual five-star all expenses paid reward holidays.

Here at Tempest we have had a huge expansion in our staffing base over the last seven years, and we have huge plans for the next few years as well.

Our Senior Leadership Team have all started in the industry from Consultant level: meaning they know exactly what it is like to be a Recruitment Consultant and appreciate the challenges faced by staff every day.

We want to give you the best rewards possible, and we are proud to pay one of the best commission structures in the UK.

Graduates who are hard-working, ambitious, resilient and with a sense of humour will fit in here. We want your career to be the best it can be and will provide the training and support needed to facilitate this.

As an example, Sebastien Sauca started with us in 2012 as a Trainee Consultant and is now an Associate Director in our highly successful Qualified Social Work division. We trust our staff and encourage them to make the most of their skills and experience.
