Our Office



  • • First year salary: £22,000 - £28,000
  • • Second year: £29,000 - £34,000
  • • Third year: £38,000 +
  • • One of the best commission structures in the UK, going up to 30%
  • • Opportunities to earn bonuses from day one
  • • Up to 33 days annual leave

What you will be doing

We are looking for graduates who want to have a dynamic and thriving career in Recruitment.

Recruitment has changed immensely over the years and is now a progressive industry that you can flourish in, shown by the new qualifications that can be undertaken.

Since we were established in 2011 we have grown every single year and we don't plan on stopping any time soon. Graduates are key to our growth and through our 8-week training programme we will support you to become a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant.

As part of this, you will be responsible for candidate and new business resourcing across both sides of Tempest.

We aren't looking for you to be an expert within our area, as we will train you in everything you need to know.

Here at Tempest we have had a huge expansion in our staffing base over the last seven years, and we have huge plans for the next few years as well.

Our Senior Leadership Team have all started in the industry from Consultant level: meaning they know exactly what it is like to be a Recruitment Consultant and appreciate the challenges faced by staff every day.

As an example, Sebastien Sauca started with us in 2012 as a Trainee Consultant and is now an Associate Director in our highly successful Qualified Social Work division. We trust our staff and encourage them to make the most of their skills and experience.
