What you will be doing

As a Graduate Implementation Consultant you will have responsibility for several highly reputable clients from day one, obtaining accurate and timely data and providing comprehensive analysis of results to deliver clear strategic insight.

Developing strong, working relationships with our clients, you will gain an unparalleled understanding of their businesses and the HR Technology industry, becoming an expert within your area.

As you develop in the role, not only will you work on the analysis, you will hone your presentation skills as you help deliver client workshops - often to some of the industry's most senior stakeholders.

Your role will be a mix of Consulting and Implementation Project Management, some of the tasks you can expect are listed below. 

  • You will work with clients on planning, strategy, problem solving and also with the implementation of the plan
  • You will analyse business requirements and develop innovative solutions and create value for the customer
  • You will provide status updates to the senior consultants assigned to the projects
  • You will regularly report progress and issues to the the client on both a formal and informal basis
  • You will document and track customer product enhancement requests
  • You will ensure that the work streams are managed within the parameters laid down by the programmes 
  • You will represent TalenTeam at networking events, actively learning about the industry and contributing to industry knowledge sharing 
  • You will run Pre-Sales Demonstrations on a variety of Talent Management products (Learning Management, Performance, Goals etc.) 

What you will have

This role requires a high level of diligence and initiative, so we are looking for candidates that fit the following profile:

  • You have 2:1 degree or equivalent qualification
  • You have a passion for technology
  • You have an ability to draw on detailed data to construct a clear concise, logical message
  • You have excellent communication skills and an aptitude for client-facing presentations
  • You have proven analytical and research skills coupled with the ability to work autonomously to strict deadlines
  • You have strong numerical ability and experience working with Excel
