What you will be doing

Your first year with us will bring excitement and new challenges. To help kick-start your career as a Trainee Consultant, we rely on a secret weapon: our Academies. These modular-based sessions provide an extensive training ground for you to build the key sales skills needed to prosper in Recruitment. To help you retain your recruitment knowledge, you will also receive regular refresher sessions coupled with advanced sales modules during your first 12 months with us.

  • You will create new business relationships via telephone and face-to-face meetings
  • You will speak to senior decision-makers on a daily basis
  • You will source highly skilled talent across the Engineering spectrum
  • You will develop a 360° relationships with clients and candidates
  • You will maintain control and handle objections in a professional, client-facing manner

What you will have

We are looking for recent graduates with some experience in Sales for an immediate start date. We seek natural leaders, with great communication and listening skills. If you are outgoing, driven, disciplined and passionate you will thrive as a Recruitment Consultant.
