Spencer Ogden is seeking a collaborative and outgoing individual to join as a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Internal Recruiter). 2021 at Spencer Ogden was all about growth, this year we aim to maintain our success. 

What you will be doing

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the best talent across the UK.

  • You will partner with your Manager and Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs 
  • You will phone screen, interview, and recruit entry-level sales professionals on a permanent basis
  • You will intuitively source and proactively identify active and passive sales professionals
  • You will conduct thorough phone, face to face interviews, and assessment centres to determine the right candidates for Spencer Ogden
  • You will build and maintain a quality candidate pipeline through fostering long-term relationships with candidates and universities across the UK
    You will provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
    You will become our subject matter expert and provide valuable insights into our competitors and the graduate market
    You will coordinate attendance at in person and virtual career events

  • You are a recent graduate seeking your first role out of university
  • You have experience working as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Consultant is desirable, although not essential
