What you will be doing

We are looking for a Client Associate to join the Lobster agency and support the team with some of its newest client accounts.

Lobster combines our proprietary software platform Plan-Apps and data analytics with media planning and buying to help clients achieve and demonstrate increasing returns on shopper media investment. We work as consultants within shopper marketing teams and showcase this unique offering to FMCG businesses, sharing expertise across three primary services areas, Technology, Trading and Training.

As a Client Associate at SMG:

  • You will be the first point of contact for clients.
  • You will meet preparation and attendance.
  • You will work across a variety of clients services from technology training to media planning and evaluation work: supporting output creation and presentation across all services.
  • You will understand our agency commercials, contributing to our margin and revenue targets.
  • You will provide support to the wider team.

What you will have

As a Client Associate at SMG:

You have experience in a growing FMCG or shopper environment.
You have a desire to build and shape a whole new agency, together with colleagues.
You have a desire to shake up processes and refine ways of working/output.
You have strong numeracy skills and influencing skills.
