Become a Client Accounts Assistant
Work with the Property Management and Tenancy Progression teams to help deliver a first class property management service.
What you will be doing
We're currently looking for a Client Accounts Assistant to join our team in London.
You will upload and allocate transactions daily from bank statement to system
You will pay landlords on a daily basis and produce Landlord Statements
You will prepare payment runs for the Client Accounts Manager
You will provide support as required with Rent Arrears procedure
You will assist in the weekly payment of agent commissions
You will undertake processes in accordance to the ‘Regent Way’
You will work in conjunction with Property Coordinator’s to deliver an effective and efficient Property Management service
You will undertake regular meetings with your line manager to review and manage services
You will produce and deliver business reports as directed by your line manager
What you will have
We are looking for a graduate with the following abilities and skills.
You are able to work alone and on own initiative as well as within a team
You are able to think on your feet, be reactive to situations as they arise in a calm and professional manner
You are highly literate in IT
You are some experience working in client accounts function – preferably in property
