As one of the world’s leading professional services organisations, attracting the right talent continues to be paramount. Investing in our people is central to our mission and inclusive culture. What we do

These eleven-month placements are for students who need to complete a placement as part of their degree. You could sit a selection of professional accounting exams and leave with a graduate job offer to fast track into a second year role upon graduation. You’ll work alongside graduate trainees and experienced professionals on live and interesting client projects. So you’ll get a good insight into working life at PwC.

  • Operate: Operate supports the delivery of a range of client programmes across a variety of regulated market sectors. We deliver our client work from a range of locations, providing our clients with cost-effective delivery, access to subject matter expertise and operational excellence disciplines.
  • Life at Operate is fast-paced and client-focused. It is also highly rewarding, giving you the chance to work with some of the biggest global brands and develop yourself through our unique skills academy. We’re looking for natural problem solvers, capable of using your judgement to help our clients stay on the right side of regulation. You’ll also support clients to navigate complex operational and regulatory activities.
  • You’ll experience working on-site at our clients’ offices or at a PwC location performing operational and implementation actions. You’ll also undergo continuous development through the Skills Academy at Operate.

What you will have

● You’ll need to be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course for a 2.1 based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.

Our Purpose

As one of the world’s leading professional services organisations and with 22,000 employees at offices UK-wide, attracting the right talent continues to be paramount. Jobs of the future are likely to require new skills so investing in our people is central to our mission and inclusive culture. Whether it be empowering our people to learn new skills for the digital world, to reimagine the possible on how we work with clients, or to be open-minded on how we care for and support each other, we want to create an environment where our people can be the best they can be. This includes encouraging our people to explore different ways of working with 'everyday flexibility' allowing a better balance of work and life, and 'dress for your day', where you decide what's appropriate given your daily responsibilities.

At PwC, graduates and undergraduates can expect to be part of a stimulating environment working on challenging projects in a culture that embraces difference. No matter what your degree or background, we have a range of roles where your impact matters.

Whatever the route you choose, hard work and accomplishments are recognised and rewarded with a competitive salary and a tailored flexible benefits scheme.

In this new era, we’ll all need to adapt and grow and it's your breadth of skills and your human difference that will help to stand you apart.
