What you will be doing
We are looking for talented and personable people to join our Customer Operations team.
You will deliver a service that customers love – building long-lasting relationships with key customers, solving their complex problems & queries
You will manage the end-to-end customer operations, from customer onboarding to billing and payments
You will interact with other teams internally to support the improvement and development of processes, services and technology
You will contribute to the design, thinking and specification of in house technology to systematise and automate processes
You will support the implementation of new projects and processes across the operations team
You will have the opportunity to progress incredibly quickly

No prior knowledge of the energy industry is necessary and they will provide you with a full crash course on the energy industry.

You have a 2:1 degree in any discipline
You have experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. hospitality, retail, reception, etc.)
You are bubbly, outgoing and have a passion for building strong relationships with customers
You are highly driven by self-development and the idea of working in a start-up and constantly evolving environment excites you
You have a strong work ethic combined with a positive and proactive attitude that will see you thrive in a fast-growth team

We are a fast-growing renewable energy start-up in Great Britain and part of Octopus Investments., the UK’s largest investor in solar farms and the third largest investor in renewable generation overall. The solar farms we have funded generate 40% of all the UK’s large scale solar, enough to power over a quarter of a million homes (when the sun shines!).
