Become a Partnerships Executive

You’ll be working in an established team of passionate professionals who know the digital marketing industry inside out and have been highly successful in bringing in new business to the Agency.

About the role


What you will be doing

Focusing on our network of referral partners, you will regularly be out of the office at industry events and meetings to foster and grow new partnerships. Having exposure to well-known brands from the outset, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of the team from early on in your career. You’ll be quickly up to speed with managing your own pipeline, getting involved in pitches and presentations, as well as running workshops to educate our partners on our services.

Alongside this you’ll also be responsible for supporting the wider new business team on larger pitches and projects covering a range of channels and scopes of work. This will include working with our delivery teams to ensure their expertise is leveraged.

At NMPi we have a strong emphasis on internal promotion, with team members recognised based on successful outcomes. Current employees starting in the same position have gone on to lead on specific services we now offer, with one making it into The Drum’s Business Develop top 100 sales people.

This year the team is on track to exceed our annual targets by 15%, and are looking forward to another successful year with you on board.

What you will have

● You are degree educated

● You have a passion for digital marketing and closing sales deals

● You have a track record of success in sales, ideally in a digital marketing, technology or advertising related environment

● You are organized, confident and self-motivated

● You are a strong communicator and enjoy meeting new people

● You are curious to learn new things and be challenged each day

What you will receive

About Us


Our history

NMPi was established in 2004, with Paid Search at the core of what we do. Today, we're an award-winning Digital Marketing agency, delivering Paid Search, Display Advertising and Social Media.

With over 10 years' experience of leading the field, as well as industry-leading relationships with companies like Google and Facebook, it's safe to say that, when it comes to advertising, we know our stuff.

Our Office

Our head offices, where you will be based, are just 5 minutes’ walk from Angel tube station in central London. Twice a month we have company-wide lunch and breakfast delivered to the office, which gives us a chance to all sit together and chat.

We're particularly proud of our Sonos sound system in the office. Everyone can add songs to the playlist, so there’s never a shortage of good music playing while you work (as well as a few guilty pleasures).

Amongst our ranks are dancers, sportsmen, musicians, comic book collectors, yacht masters, poker players, DJs and martial artists - no matter what your background is, we want to hear about it.

Our awareness

We have a People and Culture committee who work on projects to improve on employee engagement. We introduced a measurement platform called Peakon this year which helps managers see where there are issues with their team members, and on a wider scale what needs to be done to improve employee satisfaction levels.

Earlier this year we had a Mental Health Awareness week. Up next is a Plastic Awareness Week, to raise awareness amongst the business of the scale of plastic we use and to kick start an Environmental Committee which will define the businesses Environmental Policy.
