What you will be doing

Working across a variety of clients means no two days are the same at NMPi. You can go from working with a fashion client to a software client in the space of a few hours.

Analytics is an exciting area to be in, both in our business and in the wider industry. At NMPi, Analytics is a fast-growing department; we are always developing our service to provide clients with the most innovative solutions, and you will be a key player in making sure that we are delivering these effectively.

Testing and innovation are an integral of the job; whether that’s testing a new project methodology, or suggesting new KPI’s for a campaign, we encourage new ideas and technologies.

As a Junior Insight Analyst, you’ll be responsible for a range of tasks:

  • You will deliver analytics projects
  • You will primarily focus on web and marketing data
  • You will troubleshoot client issues
  • You will design and complete insight reports 
  • You will communicate project findings

What you will have

We're looking for graduates who want to be at the forefront of cutting edge digital technology with market leading brands.

Training will be provided to assist you in developing the specific skills required, for instance knowledge of Google Analytics; however you will need to be inquisitive, eager to learn and a good oral and written communicator.

  • You have a 2:1 degree in a subject which required quantitative skills
  • You have learned or tried to learn a programming language (e.g. JavaScript or Python)
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • You are analytical, with excellent numerical skills and attention to detail 
  • You are proficient in MS Office
  • You are interested in the Digital Marketing Industry
