What you will be doing
We are looking for someone to join our Agency team to become a specialist in paid search and pay per click advertising.
Paid search and pay per click are two of the most effective advertising channels around and we see them every day in our online experiences.
You will join a team of fun-loving, highly sociable digital media fans working on a variety of clients to deliver online programmatic display and paid social campaigns for global brands.
You will buy and run paid search and pay per click advertising campaigns for major clients in retail (we will give you lots of training and support in this)
You will build and set up campaigns
You will report on campaign performance and understanding their needs

We have a People and Culture committee who work on projects to improve on employee engagement. We introduced a measurement platform called Peakon this year which helps managers see where there are issues with their team members, and on a wider scale what needs to be done to improve employee satisfaction levels.
Earlier this year we had a Mental Health Awareness week. Up next is a Plastic Awareness Week, to raise awareness amongst the business of the scale of plastic we use and to kick start an Environmental Committee which will define the businesses Environmental Policy.
