As a trainee, you’ll join a structured 12 week in house training programme which is unique to Niyaa People. It’s designed to help you implement the key skills and competencies needed to become a world class Recruitment professional.
After this initial training, we'll support you to put all you have learnt into practice, so that you continue to gain the expertise and confidence needed to take on a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant within 9 months.
Once you have achieved this promotion, you will receive a £4,000 pay rise and your commission scheme will double. However, our investment in you doesn't end here; you'll continue to be empowered to become the best professional you could possibly be.
We're a vibrant office, made up of a lot of different personalities, and we want to see you being yourself first and foremost. Everyone within our offices is proof of home grown talent which has been achieved from our bespoke training and development courses.
All of our backgrounds are different (we have an ex-PGA Golfer, semi-pro Footballer and an ex Fireman) so we don't mind too much about what you were previously employed as or the degree that you may have.

It's a very systematic, 12-week training programme. It's full on but you will learn everything that you need to know about Recruitment.
We've had targets for trips to Centre Parcs, London, Barcelona and, most recently, a trip to Las Vegas.
We've got a special group of people here, who genuinely are friends and get on... There's so much outside of work that we like to do together as a team.
