We are Nicoll Curtin

The award-winning global Recruitment Consultancy, specialising in the world of Financial Technology and Change.

Our Culture - What we do

We’re problem-solvers and people focused. For clients, we help by finding the best talent in Technology. For candidates, it’s that challenge of a job search that leads to a life-changing opportunity. For our people we care about ensuring they have an outstanding future.

Our office culture is very important to us: we don’t promote unhealthy competition, we don’t fight for roles or companies and we are not pitched against each other. We are open and promote feedback that is direct, honest and kind. Our leaders are on the sales floor with us – no one has a private office or private agendas. We also encourage a positive work-life balance in our team; this is not a company where you will be glued to your desk every night or work weekends.

We have built an outstanding track record of delivery to clients and candidates, backed up by our numerous awards. We’ve done this by adhering to our moral code and ethics, and it’s the only way we operate.

With benefits such as Medicash, free fruit and cereal and team activities that aren't centred around food or alcohol, it's clear that we are a team who take our health and welfare seriously.

As you can see from the snaps above, our office is a great place to work: the technology is up to date, the deco is bright and everything works like a well-oiled machine.

Anyone can be successful in Recruitment, but to be successful in Recruitment at Nicoll Curtin you need to display our core values and attributes.

James Johnson, CEO

FinTech is a huge industry in the UK: there is always a demand for our services from huge global multinationals, massive banking powerhouses and smart corporate individuals.

With offices in London, Zurich and Singapore, we have a wide range of global clients including Facebook, BP, JPMorgan, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, ICBC, Standard Bank, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Credit Suisse, HSBC, Standard Chartered and many more.

Our business is built on outstanding people and we know that finding and holding onto talent is what makes you great. So, we make sure we’re the kind of business people love working for – we’ve even been voted as a Sunday Times Best Company to Work For.

We know how to reward success - our highest performers have an annual weekend away, financed and planned by the company, to exciting locations such as Miami, Las Vegas, Cape Town and other global cities.

We bring people through very fast and we give them the opportunity to shine very early on.

Currently we're in the UK, Zurich and Singapore, but we have plans to expand internationally. Now is the time to develop the next generation of leaders and consultants and, hopefully, that's where you come in.
