We are Nicoll Curtin

Specialising in the world of Financial Technology and Change, we are a global Recruitment Consultancy with a reputation for exceptional standards.

Our Culture

Our Culture - What we do

Nicoll Curtin was founded in 1999 on three core principles: having the very best people in the best environment, solving customer problems efficiently and making sure they enjoy the experience.

We’re problem-solvers and people focused, whether it's our clients, our candidates or our own team. For clients, we help by finding the best talent in Technology. For candidates, it’s that challenge of a job search that leads to a life-changing opportunity. For our people we care about ensuring they have an outstanding future.

To ensure we have the best working environment possible, our office culture is very important to us: we don’t promote unhealthy competition, we don’t fight for roles or companies and we are not pitched against each other.

Our leaders are on the sales floor every day with us – no one has a private office or private agendas. We also encourage a positive work-life balance in our team; this is not a company where you will be glued to your desk every night or work weekends.

As winners of industry awards including the Investing in Talent 2016 Award, the UK Customer Experience 2015 Awards and the Sunday Times Top Companies to Work For 2015, our stellar reputation speaks for itself.

Our training programme accommodates a range of different approaches to learning, from classroom training to an online e-portal. However you learn best, we will support your development to ensure you are the best Consultant you can be.

With benefits such as Medicash, free fruit and cereal and regular team activities that aren't centred around food or alcohol, it's clear that we are a team who take our health and welfare seriously. There are also plenty of opportunities, from lunch clubs to Friday drinks, for the team to socialise together regularly.

New trainees can expect hands-on support here, with a dedicated mentor programme, weekly training courses and continued development throughout your career at Nicoll Curtin. Thanks to this tailored programme, the path to progress from Trainee through to Executive Consultant, as well as other Management opportunities, is available for all of our grads.

Our Future - Where we're going

Why Graduates Are Key to Our Future

James Johnson, CEO

FinTech is a huge industry in the UK: there is always a demand for our services from huge global multinationals, massive banking powerhouses and smart corporate individuals.

Founded in 1999, our list of global clients now includes Facebook, BP, JPMorgan, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, ICBC, Standard Bank, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Credit Suisse, HSBC, Standard Chartered and many more.

Our business is built on outstanding people and we know that finding and holding onto that talent is what makes you great. So, we make sure we’re the kind of business people love working for, from our training programme to our office culture.

We know how to reward success - as well as healthcare benefits that include massages and gym membership, our highest performers have an annual weekend away, financed and planned by the company, to exciting locations such as Miami, Las Vegas, Cape Town and other global cities.

We bring people through very fast and we give them the opportunity to shine very early on.

Currently we're in the UK, Zurich and Singapore, but we have plans to grow further and faster into Europe, Asia and potentially America.

Now is the time to develop the next generation of leaders and consultants and, hopefully, that's where you come in. We are currently hiring graduates for a June - August start, and assessment centres will be taking place on the 25th April, the 3rd May or the 7th June.
