We are keen to hire a motivated Team Assistant who will be responsible for admin and support to a variety of central functions. You will be reporting to our HR Manager and supporting HR, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Marketing and Compliance. This includes taking an active role in the Health and Safety function of the office and proactively identifying ways to improve our office environment, including structure, layout, look and feel.
Whilst based in our London office there will be opportunities to partner with international offices if and when needed. You will be a role model or ambassador for Nicoll Curtin through your behaviour and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role will suit someone who is hard working and proactive. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are essential.
