What you will be doing

A place on our Graduate Programme is a fast-paced, target-driven, pressurised and Sales-focused role. It is also fun, rewarding, highly-motivating and will earn you a lot of money and career advancement.

We combine weekly training sessions with immediate experience working with some of our live clients, ensuring that within six to nine months you will be eligible for your first promotion - potentially one of many.

  • You will work with existing clients, including JP Morgan, Barclays and Facebook, gaining the tools you will need to bring in new business
  • You will receive on-desk training, coaching, guidance and one-on-one support
  • You will get tailored feedback from your manager and dedicated mentor, with regular reviews and appraisals
  • You will work on training modules designed to accelerate your performance
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your Team Leadership and Management skills alongside becoming an accomplished salesperson
  • You will source candidates on behalf of our clients and manage the interview process to secure these people

What you will have

Our team come from different educational and social backgrounds, but what they all share is a positive attitude, a drive to succeed and a strong sense of emotional intelligence that helps them to connect with clients and candidates alike.

We are looking for potential not experience and so if the below sounds like you please apply. If you're successful you will start the interview process with a 30 minute phone call with Hannah, our Head of Talent. If that goes well, you'll be invited to attend an assessment day, we run them every two weeks so you can pick a date that best suits you.

We are planning to expand into a new geography every year, acquire another business and invest in a start up every year that we operate. We did that in 2017 and we are on track to do that for 2018 having set up District4 in January. Currently we're in the UK, Zurich, Singapore and New York but we have plans to grow further.

We are strong believers that hiring the best trainees will allow us to achieve our short and long term growth plans. Most of our leadership team at Nicoll Curtin were promoted internally making use of our clear career paths.
