As a Recruitment consultant at Netsource you will be broadening our current client base by discovering and developing relationships with new clients. You will also engage existing clients through effective selling and networking.
Additionally you will be selecting, qualifying and identifying suitable candidates to satisfy the clients requirements. Understanding both the clients needs and the candidates skills to research and select the highest calibre of candidate.
When you start your journey at Netsource you will be given one-to-one induction training by your Team Leader, learning about the background of the industry and on Netsource specifically. You will continue to be mentored by your Team Leader who will be available for you to ask questions to 'on the job' and at regular review meetings.
Throughout your time at Netsource you will be actively encouraged to openly discuss issues with your peers and Team Leader, this will benefit both you and your work.
