Development here is a unique combination of in-house support, external training and clear career goals from the outset. We also hold accreditation from the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and will support you to gain your own formal, professional qualifications too. With us, you know you'll be training with the experts.

You'll also be rewarded with a genuinely unrivalled commission structure, along with a well-defined progression structure to allow you to accelerate your career.

  • You will attend and contribute to client briefings

What you will have

We’re looking for hard-working grads who are passionate about our two of our main specialisms: Policy (if you’ve studied Politics, Business or International Relations - or have an interest in these areas - then you’re perfect) and Engineering (ideally, you’ll have an Engineering or Business Management degree).

As well as this, you should be able to show the following:

  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and credibility with a variety of stakeholders
  • You are organised and structured, with the ability to think strategically
  • You are career-minded and ambitious
  • You are able to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • You are degree educated, or hold relevant Sales experience.
Onwards to our company and culture…

We are Murray McIntosh

From regular rewards to quarterly trips away, feel truly valued as a graduate within this growing Recruitment agency.

Our Culture - What we do

Murray McIntosh was launched in 2015, out of the belief that Recruitment should be about individual empowerment, not just making placements.

We specialise within four key sectors: Engineering; Financial Services; Policy and Public Affairs; Information Technology. This enables our teams to specialise their knowledge and develop a true expertise within their sector.

Our consultative, long-term approach to the Recruitment market has seen us grow rapidly.

We already have a proven track record across the UK, and we are proud to be only the 3rd agency to build and invest in an accredited training platform linked to the Institute of Recruiters.

Our quick success hasn’t harmed our ambition: as we move forwards, our investments into our systems, industries, offices and people are continuously increasing.

While you read this, our history is still being written: now you can be a part of it.

We are proud of the investment we make into training opportunities for our team. A large part of our focus will always be on growing experts from within and we enable this by aligning informed and empowered graduates with ambitious, developing sectors.

We’re committed to working with people for a reason. That means forming long-lasting relationships based on opportunity, not mandates built around boxes to be ticked. It’s this belief that allows us to establish and build on partnerships quickly.

Our office is a hub of activity, with events scheduled throughout the year for all staff - including extra incentives for top performers. These can range from the bi-monthly lunch club to luxury spa days, with all-star bowling and crazy golf a regular weekly occurrence.

From Stone Roses concerts to watching England play at Wembley, the rewards are endless and available for the whole team. Those who hit their targets at the end of each quarter can look forward to international 3-day trips abroad, from Prague to Madrid and as far as Las Vegas.

We are also a very active and sporting office, with a number of sporting individuals that have completed Marathons, Iron Man events, triathlons and more. This year, some of the team are committing to fundraising events, such as the Three Peak challenge, with a view to raising money for charity on behalf of the company.
