We’re looking for a new Growth Manager to join our team. You will be part of the wider customer facing team made up of the Client Success Team and the Growth Team.
The growth team on-board clients to our business and then hand them over to the Client Success Team, through the following tasks:

We’re a young, growing team of 15 based in Vauxhall (plus three developers in India).
We come from a variety of backgrounds and have eight different nationalities between us.
The founders are both former McKinsey strategy consultants; others in the team have a mixture of prior teaching, marketing, start-up and other experience.
This role would suit someone with a strong academic background looking to join an expanding team in a dynamic and fun environment.
None of us had much sector-specific knowledge before joining, we want graduates with a fresh perspective and are willing to learn.
That being said, we’d also love to hear from you if you do have some form of recruitment experience; you could be a valuable new asset!
