What you will be doing

Our client, KPMG is a global consultancy firm and are known for operating in 153 countries and working across sectors including government, public-sector and non-profit. What does a Telephony Analyst do? You will be involved in the following:

  • You will conduct inbound and outbound ‘first contact’ calls with customers
  • You will accurate data entry and processing
  • You will conduct compliance checks - maintaining compliance with operational and regulatory risk standards by carrying out validation or security checks for all calls where required
  • You will ensure all legislative regulatory requirements are adhered to by complying with the firm’s complaints handling policy, training & competency scheme and call handling standards
  •   

What you have

  • You have worked in a customer service
  • You have outbound and inbound call experience
  • You have worked in financial services
  • You have working knowledge of MS office
  • You have high quality standards for work
    You are a responsible self-starter
    You are articulate in both written and verbal communication
