What does a Telephony Analyst do? You will be involved in the following:
You will conduct inbound and outbound ‘first contact’ calls with customers
You will accurate data entry and processing
You will conduct compliance checks - maintaining compliance with operational and regulatory risk standards by carrying out validation or security checks for all calls where required
You will ensure all legislative regulatory requirements are adhered to by complying with the firm’s complaints handling policy, training & competency scheme and call handling standards
What you have
You have worked in a customer service
You have outbound and inbound call experience
You have worked in financial services
You have working knowledge of MS office
You have high quality standards for workYou are a responsible self-starterYou are articulate in both written and verbal communication
