Provide administrative and patient support for a regional clinical commissioning group.


Location: Sale, Manchester

What you will be doing

Our client is seeking a Healthcare Co-ordinator to provide administrative and patient support in their regional clinical commissioning group.

The centre is open 365 days each year, between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday then 8am and 7pm on a Sunday. The rolling shift pattern means you work approximately 1 in 3 weekends.

These positions are full time and may lead to a permanent role depending on performance and business need.

  • You will book appointments and transport
  • You will provide a proactive and engaging service to patients

What you will have

You will need to possess an understanding and ability to work with sensitive, complex and confidential situations. Demonstrating empathy is a must.

Experience in customer service/healthcare or administrative experience would be preferred but not essential

  • You have a confidential and caring manner towards patients
  • You have a strong telephone manner
  • You have knowledge of the local area (Sale, Greater Manchester)
