What you will be doing

The Graduate Case Handler is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a supportive and fast paced corporate environment. It offers a chance to learn and develop your existing skills and the opportunity to progress further within a professional services network.

After training, you will responsible for investigating customer cases, reviewing reports and collating data with a focus to achieve a fair customer outcome.

  • You will work with a wide range of systems to manage data and update customer information
  • You will provide efficient and timely support to the review of pension products sold
  • You will reviewing exception reports related to customer pension policies
  • You will provide customer service via inbound and outbound calls
  • You will handle written correspondence and perform the necessary action for customer queries
  • You will update customer records, capturing data and information to perform calculations
  • You will be responsible for working in line with policies and regulations

What you will have

  • You have a minimum 2:1 degree
  • You have confident written communication and telephony skills
  • You have strong numeracy, literacy and decision-making skills with confidence in making appropriate decisions
  • You are highly organised with the ability to multi-task between several systems and manage priorities
  • You are able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
  • You have excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • You have the ability to work to defined performance standards and contribute to the team and customer outcomes
  • You have previous experience using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • You are Driven to achieve targets and take ownership of workload
