Become a Graduate Administrator - PPI

A fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a Big Four Professional Services firm, with a fast paced but highly supportive work environment.

  

Location: Glasgow

What you will be doing

Our client Deloitte, a 'Big Four' Professional Services firm, is looking for Graduates to join the administrative support team on a financial review project.

Shift patterns/rates available:

 • Dayshift - (Mon - Fri) - £90 per day

• Nightshift - 7pm – 7am (Mon - Wed) - £150 per shift

• Weekend shift - 6pm – 6am (Thurs), 7am – 7pm (Sat - Sun) - £150 per shift

  • You will research, gather and present data relevant to the customer complaint using in-house systems to log and allocate cases for review
  • You will ensure the complaint handling process is complete and sufficient data has been gathered to ensure full investigation can be completed
  • You will gather information to deadlines and quality standards whilst maintaining customer outcomes
  • You will communicate with clients through written correspondence
  • You will process figures, carry out analysis and produce reports
  • You will liaise with the investigations team and senior managers
  •   

What you will have

You’ll be working on a financial review project run by Deloitte. You will receive support throughout your role, including a detailed training & accreditation programme with support from skilled professionals.

The knowledge, skills and experience we're looking for are listed below.

  • You have a 2:2 degree or higher (obtained or predicted)
  • You have an understanding of the products against which PPI complaints are made
  • You have the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • You have the ability to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • You can work to set personal performance standards and work with the team to contribute to customer outcome within a timescale
    You are highly organised and confident to use multiple banking systems
    You are driven to achieve targets and take ownership of workload
    You have excellent analytical and letter writing skills with attention to detail
