What you will be doing

You may be wondering what programmatic display is: well, put simply, programmatic display is a way of advertising online to targeted consumers. Users browsing the internet could see programmatic display banner ads, and the advertisers pay for the serving of those ads.

As part of a fast-growing team, you will have the opportunity to learn about new areas within the programmatic space, often having the chance to be first to market with new tools or targeting strategies.

Thanks to the rapid growth and our commitment to hiring only at junior levels, there are fantastic opportunities for career progression. These include mentoring and training, frequent development of our technical capabilities and thought leadership, driving strategy across multiple accounts, and ultimately the potential to manage a team of specialists.

  • You will work closely with colleagues and clients to understand our clients’ objectives and formulate a campaign strategy around these
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing campaigns, analysing performance data and identifying ways to optimise performance
  • You will liaise directly with clients, providing them with regular reports, analysis, insights and big-picture strategy
  • You will be encouraged to participate in, and contribute to, our various initiatives within the team, as well as publishing blog posts and more to help promote our capabilities with the wider community
  • You will take part in our comprehensive six-week structured training programme, which will bring you up to scratch with no previous experience required.

Our Future - Where we're going

Why Graduates Are Key to Our Future

Simon Norris, Co - Founder

When Merkle Periscopix started we only specialised in PPC, as we saw a gap in the market for a company to do paid search well. As time has progressed and the company - and our reputation - has grown, we have created a Google Analytics and Programmatic team as well.

Our story began in 2015, when the well-known USA company Merkle acquired our Periscopix team as the start of their international expansion. From here, global takeover is only a few steps away...

Our vision is to bring together the disciplines of Digital Marketing and advanced Data Management to deliver highly personalised experiences for our clients.

Due to the nature of the industry it is very difficult to find experienced and skilled people, so we make a massive investment in finding and developing talent in the organisation.

We want to grow our business from the bottom up, and will be able to deliver the best career opportunities for graduates who join our team today.
