What you will be doing
You will be responsible for the investigation, assessment and resolution of high profile complaints
You will investigate and follow up of sensitive complaints with Operations, franchisees and support departments
You will engage with franchisees, Ops hierarchy and senior management
You will be responsible for producing and presenting contextual insights on restaurant performance on behalf of whole CS team
You will take ownership of the most challenging and sensitive cases
What you will have
You have excellent communication skills
You have tact and diplomacy to deal with customers
You have experience of working in a customer facing environment
You have an ability to produce company reports
You have confident presentation skills
You are computer Literate- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
