Become a People Systems and Insights Officer

Location: East Finchley

What you will be doing

The People Systems and Insights team is part of wider HR team and is responsible for the following functions: Being the go-to between HR, Operations and IT for all aspects of PeopleStuff (our HR platform), providing HR insights to the People Leadership Team and other leadership teams, providing PeopleStuff support for franchisees and their managers.

  • You will provide updates and insights on our People metrics to support our business plans
  • You will ensure the smooth delivery of enhancements to PeopleStuff by collaborating with end users to assist with the gathering of requirements, design and functional content
  • You will manage User Acceptance Testing, training and communications for PeopleStuff enhancements
  • You will support the People Systems & Insights Consultant with day to day activities, such as updates, helpdesk analysis and engagement

What you will have

  • You have an ability to communicate complex information in a clear and business-relevant manner
  • You have excellent analytical skills with a strong eye for detail
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are confident using Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • You are IT and data savvy
