What you will be doing
The role is for a Project Planner/ Project Controller graduate; this will require a well-developed level of judgement to define complex customer facing programmes and project control structures. You'll also develop credible estimates, define project organisation and work out breakdown structures.
You will get the chance to qualify for professional accreditation provided by PMI (Project Management Institute).
You will explore the global culture of product development, manufacture, in-service support and future projects
You will deliver exciting new sophisticated technology and engineering projects, gaining on the job training from experienced professional project managers.
You will work within our multinational teams and will involve developing relationships with travel to our French and Italian partners
You will support and guidance through approachable managers and Buddy and Mentor schemes
You will be promoted to a Project Planner, Project Controller or assistant Project Manager after completing the two year programme
What you will have
You will be working with multinational teams and this will involve developing relationships with travel to our French and Italian partners, so a second language would be a benefit.
You have a minimum of 2:2 Honours Degree in an Engineering or business-based degree
You have a desire to build technical knowledge
You have good communication, motivational and leadership skills
You are able to work independent and as part of a team
You are able to take initiative and work well under pressure
