What you will be doing

As Customer Service Officer, you are at the forefront of ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience whilst they are on holiday with us.

This busy front-of-house role involves dealing with guest's queries and requests, providing information about the local area and activities, telephone control, billing, translating and liaison with local suppliers. It is a varied role which provides an ideal opportunity for language speakers to improve and develop their skills.

During your time with us you could learn a new sport, or explore exciting new places with like-minded friends. Accommodation, meals, sports tuition and transport to and from the resort are all provided, alongside a competitive salary.

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with your guests, whilst ensuring their needs are catered for at every opportunity
  • You will prepare and update all in-resort guest information, notifying departments of new arrivals and keeping everyone informed of any special requests or requirements
  • You will handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
  • You will support the Resort Management team and the Head Office Customer Services department
  • You will represent the "customer host" - the main point of contact for guests and the face of Mark Warner.

What you will have

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates looking to develop their language skills in some of the best ski resorts in Europe. You will be relied upon for this skills and putting them to the test everyday.

We are looking for applicants with a high standard of administration and customer service skills. You must be professional,  with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. Fluency in either German, French or Italian is essential.

  • You are fluent in either German, French or Italian
  • You are willing to go the extra mile for our guests
  • You are a positive and enthusiastic team player
  • You are able to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
  • You have at least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
