As Customer Service Officer, you are at the forefront of ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience whilst they are on holiday with us.
This busy front-of-house role involves dealing with guest's queries and requests, providing information about the local area and activities, telephone control, billing, translating and liaison with local suppliers.
