What you will be doing
Right now, we’re doing more than ever before to help UK businesses succeed and grow through our Client Solutions teams. They design products and solutions that help businesses of all shapes and sizes to trade globally or to invest in Britain. It’s a great challenge with lots of potential for digital innovation, which is why we’re searching for new talent to help us. If you’re looking for a career with impact – we have a job for you. And the great news is you don’t need a business or finance degree to join us.
About the programme
Over two years, you’ll complete four six-month placements in London, with the opportunity to work nationally. You’ll work in a variety of areas to develop your strengths and understanding of our business and make an impact through your contribution to a variety of projects.
Day to day you could be:
• Researching the market to discover regulatory and sector changes
• Championing innovation, pioneering new ideas and taking them to market at speed
• Building relationships with clients and colleagues
• Managing our clients’ financing needs through trade instruments, loans and bond financing
• Engaging with clients to deliver risk management solutions through sales activities
What you will have
Are you analytically minded and able to understand everything from statistics to large volumes of data? Are you interested in how technology is changing the way services and products are created? If the answer is yes, then you should join our Client Solutions teams, where you’ll be designing products that help our clients to attract and retain global investment.

We’ll support you to complete a professional qualification – such as ACT, CFA, CISI or CIMA – and you’ll also have the chance to lead on UK community volunteering initiatives.
• A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university and an open mind
• We’ll support you to achieve a professional qualification with ACT, CFA, CISI, CIMA or similar
