Where You Will Be

Onwards to our company and culture…

We are Joss Search Recruitment

Our connections with high-end private equity firms across London will ensure your CV is seen by the most prestigious names in the industry.

Our Culture - What we do

Our clients are some of the biggest names in the private equity, investment and hedge fund world. They depend on us to find their top support talent for their roles.

The private equity firms we work with invest across many different industries such as technology, retail, food and others, and work with investors to buy up-and-coming or already successful companies.

All of our clients have their own micro-cultures, so they each have things that make them different from other firms in the same industry.

Ranging from company-wide ski trips to other trips abroad, including annual support staff trips, company Christmas videos, charity days and even volunteering at local city farms, there is lots to get involved with to really be part of the community.

Private equity and the alternative investment sector can offer great scope for progression and long term career paths to graduates.

Starting off as a Receptionist or Office Assistant can lead you down the route of Team Assistant and PA, where you really are supporting the key decision-makers of extremely successful global businesses.

If you have a flair for operations and the running of an office, then Office Management and Facilities roles might be more up your street. Our clients offer a lot of training and development and have great networks of support staff for you to learn from and grow alongside.

We will support you at every stage of your application, from when you first meet with one of our consultants through to detailed interview preparation before the big day. If you are successful in your application, we will negotiate with the client on your behalf to ensure you get the very best start in your new role.
