What you will be doing

We’re about to launch our re-brand with the mission of championing hidden heroes, celebrating the people who work tirelessly behind the scenes. We're looking for an Office & Communities Champion to join our team as part of this new company venture. 

We’re super excited about the creative potential of the re-brand and we have a wealth of assets to bring it to life through our various marketing channels.

It’s a really diverse entry level role for a recent graduate encompassing a number of different responsibilities across the business.

The main tasks are outlined below:

  • Admin answer and screen phone calls, produce our annual salary survey, meet & greet all candidates and arrange flowers, cupcakes and cards for new starters and birthdays
  • Marketing create and curate content, work closely with our digital marketing agency, ensure our job boards are performing optimally and produce a quarterly client newsletter 
  • Social media support and manage the wider social media strategy, develop and measure social media campaigns and monitor competitors and update team on trends
  • Business projects support the team with delivering business projects and ensure the company handbook is always up-to-date
  • Supporting office manager help to maintain and develop the company culture and support the office manager with ad hoc activities and projects
