What you will be doing

You'll join our Employee Benefits team: a fast growing and award winning part of our business, which provides tailored solutions for customers on everything from wellbeing at work through to financial education.

  • You will gain exposure across our business
  • You will undertake a combination of on-the-job and classroom training, ensuring that you achieve/exceed your targets and progress quickly
  • You will have the opportunity to study for industry recognised qualifications
  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, once your training programme has been successfully completed
  • You will target new clients and developing existing business
  • You will build relationships with a number of key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • You will develop and create sales opportunities and deliver high levels of customer service to our clients and customers.

What you will have

We're looking for a graduate with strong communication and organisational skills.

You should also be able to show the following: 

  • You are articulate and able to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • You are target driven and looking for a chance to build a career in Advice and Sales
  • You are strongly analytical
  • You are flexible - travel will be required as part of the role
